This Return & Refund Policy describes how TRAILVISION OPTICS (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through trailvisionoptics.com (the “Site”). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).

    • Returned in the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

This policy is in accordance with Florida Statute §501.142, which requires refund terms to be disclosed to consumers at the time of sale.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@trailvisionoptics.com with your order number.

  2. If approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products not returned in original condition


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trailvisionoptics.com so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If your refund has not posted after 15 business days, contact us at info@trailvisionoptics.com.


United States Only

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. We do not accept international returns at this time.
